"M" Winch for 12" diameter flagpole. Winch inserts into the pole and is secured with a stainless steel bolt on the back side of the pole. Can be used as a retrofit to an existing external halyard flagpole to upgrade halyard to an internal system. Handle sold separately (IHWH2).
